Marcus and Jessica started The Strength Vault in 2020 with the vision to create a safe space for us and our clients to train in. Our goal here is for everyone to get a sense of strength and community by tearing down obstacles of the mind and body. Here at The Strength Vault we believe that everyone can feel and be strong. What We Offer

From individualized and sport specific training, small group, and open gym we’ve got something for everyone. Want to learn basic movement patterns and how to lift with proper form & technique? We’ve got you covered there too! All individual and small group sessions will follow current COVID-19 rules and mandates in compliance with North Carolina regulations.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Whether you are a working professional, an athlete or a weekend warrior, every single session is focused on getting you results. Our Personal Training program is designed to meet you where you are and help you defy the odds.

Small Group Training

Our Small Group Training is centralized around the The Strength Vaults two main pillars, strength and community. Not only will you get structured workout with on spot feedback, but you also have an opportunity to interact with your fellow members.

Online Programming

Determine what you want to focus on and we will create a customized (virtual) plan to help you get there. Daily and weekly goals are used to define your training approach and track your progress including weekly feedback and daily coach access.

Meet Our Trainers

Marcus Adodo

Owner + Trainer

Marcus Adodo is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University where he earned his bachelor's degree in Sport Science Fitness Management with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy. He is also a certified USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach.

When his is not training clients, you can find Marcus training and competing in weightlifting competitions. He is a nationally ranked 83kg powerlifter, and has placed in the top 3 in USA Powerlifting events such as The Arnold Classic and Raw Nationals.

If you are looking to master the basics of weightlifting, increase your overall strength, while also improving your body composition Marcus is the perfect trainer for you!

Jessica Patterson

Owner + Trainer

Jessica is a former Army Medic, and has 10 years of experience working in the fitness industry. Her certifications include Zumba B1, USA Weightlifting Level 1, Trigger Point Multi-Tool Myofascial Release, Spartan SGX, NASM-CPT, NCSF-CPT, and Precision Nutrition Level 1.

When she is not working with clients, you can find Jessica spending time with her two boys, or training and competing in Obstacle Course Races along the East Coast. Her goal is to compete in six races a year.

Her clients will tell you the best part of training with Jessica is the mental transformation, because she will ensure that you believe in yourself at the end of each session.
